Lobby Hours:
Unless you have a prior appointment the lobby opens at 9:00AM & close at 5:00PM. Generally Lunch hours are 1:00 - 2:30 PM. Occasionally it might be closed when we are attending other business

Follow up appointments:
They are best scheduled at the end of each visit.  You may also email or Text us requesting an earlier visit.  If you chose to cancel a visit - it is required that you do at least one business day prior appointment. Appointments on a specific date or time may or may not be available - since it depends on appointments scheduled by other patients.

During the holiday season (Thanksgiving and Christman):  You may reach us by Text or Email between 2:00 - 5:00 pm

Please contact your pharmacy, upon request from the pharmacy we will authorize refills when appropriate - please allow one business day; please contact when you have at least 2 - 3 days medications are still at hand. We do not provide after hour refills

Controlled Substances Refill (Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin etc):
Please Email or Text us 2 - 3 days before a new prescription is due. We send eScript online. We will verify eligibility and earliest allowed fill date and transmit refill within 2 business days.  

These are not life saving medications and as such "running out of stimulants" do not constitute a medical emergency.  Extra refills for holidays, travelling etc. and early refills are not permitted.

Scheduled IV medications (Clonazepam, Alprazolam etc.)
Please allow extra time to verify dosage, quantity, most recent refill date and utilization

If you feel you are getting "dependent" on these medications - please notify your Doctor immediately.
